CP12 landlord gas safety records for rented property — every gas appliance, pipework and flue checked and certified, with the certificate issued the same day.
Gas Appliances
Cookers, hobs and gas fires installed, moved, serviced and safety-checked. Gas work is notifiable and must be done by a registered engineer — that is what we are.
Controls & Thermostats
Room and smart thermostats, timers and zone valves. The cheapest efficiency gain in most houses is a heating system that only heats the rooms you are in.
