Who we are
G Woodhouse Limited (G Woodhouse Ltd) is the data controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us at info@gwoodhouseltd.co.uk, on 07539 565437, or by post at 25 Welbeck Gardens, Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 6JD.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form on the contact page: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the service you selected, and your message. We do not ask for anything else and there is nothing collected in the background.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, quote for the work, and carry it out. That is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us about a job, and where the work goes ahead it becomes necessary for the contract between us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Where we carry out work, we keep the job record for six years, because gas safety and installation records have to be retained and because guarantees need to be honoured.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, who host this website, and reach us by email. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. All fonts, styles, scripts and images are served from this site's own domain, so loading a page tells no third party anything about you.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@gwoodhouseltd.co.uk and we will deal with it within one month. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Links to other sites
Where we link out — for example to the Gas Safe Register or to our Google Business Profile — those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one does not cover them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
